Medical MBU

The 2017 Medical Merit Badge University
has been CANCELLED.

Due to financial difficulties beyond the control of Medical MBU, the 2017 Medical MBU held at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth has been cancelled. We are working closely to reach an agreement with the university that will allow us to continue providing this community service in the future. We hope to be back in North Texas in 2018 for a great Medical MBU event.

Medical Merit Badge University is a free event, offered as a service by students of the University of North Texas Health Science Center. This single day event is open to area Boy Scouts and offers the following merit badge courses: Chemistry, Disabilities Awareness, Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, First Aid, Medicine, Public Health, and Safety. We are also able to work with Girl Scout Troops in adapting BSA requirements to meet their advancement needs.
